What You Need To Know To Find Your Perfect Apartment

Topping off the list  of the recently published list of 7 things to look for when you are on the hunt for a new apartment is cell phone reception, after all, who among us can last 2 minutes without our trusty cell phone?  Other things to be on the lookout for include; light and view, water pressure, fresh air, noise and elevators.  It’s worth checking into parking and accessibly too.

Check the strength of your cellphone’s signal in an apartment…. if you’re going to an open house, set the alarm on your phone so it vibrates during the showing. Take the phone out and make sure you have three or four bars on the signal. “It’s the worst feeling to (rent a place and find out) you’re going to have a year of bad service.”
